How to lose weight quickly and what do you have toe eat or do to lose the weight?
Well, I would definately say to exercise daily. Do a lot of crunches, jumping jacks, and running. Also, eat salads for lunch. Have only small portions for dinner. Eat stuff like boneless skinless chicken. Have oatmeal and eggs for breakfast.
Run. I lost like 50 lbs just running. When you get over, "doing it" It's very relaxing. And a great way to blow off some steam. Tuna Salads, and a ballys card works amazingly as well. =)
