well I've started to tone up and stuff, but it hurts my stomach, is it normal ?
yes that is normal and if it wasnt sore that would mean your not toning correctly. soreness is caused from lactic acid pooling in your muscles and stretching gets rid of it.
lay on your stomach and put your hands on the ground by your boobs and push up while keeping your hips on the grounds.only your upper body should come up. you should feel a stomach stretch
yea thats completely normal when your muscles arent used to excersising, and then you start excersising and they ache for a while.. but the feeling will go away when your body starts to get used to working out & when your muscles tone up.
