Is your tail-bone supposed to hurt when you do sit ups?

Answer #1

Ur doing them on a hard surface and try other types btw sit ups don’t help do abnormal ones and other core stuff the normal ones are the worst kind

Answer #2

I agree with laxbro… The reason that it hurts is because you are rubbing your tail bone area on a hard surface over and over again. There is little padding over that area and it can bruise easily! Use a mat or some other type of soft surface to do sit ups on :)
