well wherever you are bleeding from besides the v@gina xD you need to apply pressure to the cut.And it should stop bleeding after a bit.If it doesn’t you should go to the hospital.
You need to provide more information. Are we talking about alot of bleeding, a small nick or cut, your period, what?

If it just a nick or minor cut it can be stopped with a styptic pencil found at the pharmacy.
if its on your finger or arm raise the cut above your heart, it makes it harder for the heart to pump blood to it from gravity.
you can get this stuff called friars balsam which always seems to stop small cuts from bleeding really fast. Also, liquid bandaids are pretty good.
