I do, lol, but usually I’m up so late that by the time I go to bed I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. That’s not the case since school started though- I’ve been going to bed as early as 9:30 because I’m so exhausted. It probably has something to do with lack of nutrition…

Me…My head is so powered up nothing seems to make it stop which is why i am not able to fall asleep til like 5-6am! I hv tried it all…reading, music, meditation, breathing techniques…nothing seems to work unless I am exhausted in which case I will have to wait even flipping channels til my eyes start to shut down. :(

I do, at night i think about everything i dont have time to think during the day which sucks cause its all negative >.<
