Jumping jacks are really just a warm up you should to intense cardio plyometrics now that will help you tone faster and better

Cardio is like running swimming(intense) biking(intense) plyometrics it’s jumping exercises google it and search on youtube

sorry but u gota do lot more than that… Jumping jack wont do jack… go to the gym… Stair master, Runnnnnn,,, best way is run and biking.
