Jumping jacks are really just a warm up you should to intense cardio plyometrics now that will help you tone faster and better
Cardio is like running swimming(intense) biking(intense) plyometrics it's jumping exercises google it and search on youtube
100 everyday, frist do 50 then do another 50 later
