Okay so im 15 years old and im around 150 pounds. I think my butt is hugh and I wanna get rid of it so bad. I wanna have a nice slim butt and I want it firm too. How can I do this ?
I wish for a slimmer and smaller butt too:P haa
try jogging contantly and try excercises that'll lose leg fat then afterward your butt will get smaller/slimmer ^__^ pilates and yoga work too! (:
You're going to need to lose all over first. Start with a healthy diet and move.
