How do you escape stress? I’m writing a speech and I really need ideas. Help please. For instance, I play music to make me feel better.

taking deep breathes or of thinking of something tats not on your mind. Like you said, playing music watching tv or a movie helps me because im so focused on whats going on the screen theres stress excersises likehe stress balls with the happy faces and stuff talking to m friends when I can can make me feel better too I hope I helped good luck! miki <333

to escape stress…I go for long drives with the music loud, binge drink. video games, mylifeisaverage.com and eating.

I eat much too.. and listen to music loudly or I just sit alone and do nothing

How I escape from stress is by cutting my wrist. That is a bad idea, I know but it is how I escape from stress.
