  its impossible to loose that much weight in such a short amount of time unless you want to risk your health, and possibly life you really needed to think about this a few months in advance because theres no healthy way to do this dieting might get you results, at the cost of your health and cutting out important food groups isnt healthy neither is abusing laxitives to loose weight and neither is starvng yourself or over exerscising loose as much weight (as you actually need to) by healthy eating and exerscising and then just use a body slimming garment to look thinner or, buy a bigger dress theres no harm in that apart from this your only other option is surgery which you dont need

  So you rlooking at roguhly a pound a day. Your gonna wanna go on a diet of roughly 1000-1200 calories a day. Before your diet and excercise regimen starts your gonna want to clean your body out (enema or laxatives). Then eat 1000-1200 calories a day and burn on an excercise bike/treadmill 1000 calories on that machine. Also, try jogging and be sure to stay active.

  I've heard of a lot of people with good successes with the HCG Diet...You have to go on this through a Dr., however. You might not be able to drop 40 lbs, but I'll bet you could drop half of it...

  You have to stick to it, there isn't much in the way of substitutions, but it sure seems to work...

  this might be a bit extreme, but theres a diet, I think its kinda known as the beyonce diet. if you google it you can find out more info. its not recomended but its only I think a 10 day diet which is quite short if you dont have much time, hope this helps.

  it depends on when your wedding is because weight loss doesnt happen fast, unless you get surgery
