How can I lose 40 ibs?

Im really overweight and need help going on a diet. I cant control myself when I see sweet foods or junk food.

it’s actually common for vegetariens to become overweight. because of all the breads, pastas, etc. not ALL vegetariens gain more weight, but I think that you should choose something else if you want to lose weight. I was vegetarien for two years not long ago, I didn’t gain weight, but that was because of my metabolism and I did figure skating 2 hours a day 7 times a week. my friend, however, got much bigger over the 2 years we were vegetarien.

dont surround yourself with junkfoods. if you dont see them, you wont be tempted to eat them. and exercise more (get a sport or a physical hobby)..

If you wanna loose weight, set goals for yourself, it may seem easier said than done, but you really got to try. Try yoga, it doesnt really do much of helping you loose weight, but it puts you in a peaceful place, and it might help you have more confidence in loosing weight. Also, try drinking a lot of water, and doing easy exercises. Hopefully this helps.

Ok the best thing to do is, try not to go to the places where you see “junk food” as it’s not very healthy. Try to stay between “Tesco’s Asda’s, Sainsbury’s, Costcutter” and many more, But just try to stay away from the places where you no your going to be tempted. If you also try excersizing every day even if you just “walk around the block”, or “walk to the shops and back”. You could even try going to a gym or even try playing on the “WII”, that gives you pleanty of excersizes and you can loose a bit of weight with that. But don’t be afraid to do them. Just try and stay relaxed, calm and eat healthy food you should at least eat 1-2 of your 5 a day.
