How can I get myself to do more exercise?

Hi I’m gaining a little weight and I want to do some exercise, but I m never in the mood to/ don’t have any time. Can you tell me some exercise tips too? THX

MotivatioN!!! motivation is one of the key reasons why people don’t work out. So get yourself a friend who will help you out and encourage you to get yourself in shape. Did you no that walking an hour is the equivilant of jogging for a half an hour???

No matter what you do as long as you keep at it you wil llose weight!!! :) now goo and be active

If you walk 10,000 steps every day and eat 3 big meals, and 2- 3 meals in between then you will loose some weight there. Also, a lot of singers do lounges, which help also with strengthening your back, and releasing tension in your neck. If you do at least 150 lounges on each leg, twice a night then you will see faster results. Make sure to drink 8 glasses of water every night, and stay away from any junk food.

I used to have the same problem! but then I realized that losing weight made my life a lot better so I became excited to go running. when you lose weight you feel better about yourself so always know that youre doing something great for yourself with every step you take or every crunch you do!

Walking is really good for you and not too strenuous, you could try just walking around your neighbourhood. Start with once a day for just a little while, then try increasing your time and maybe moving on to twice a day eventually. Try different times of day to see what works best for you, and maybe bring an iPod or MP3 player to listen to, or a friend to talk to who will excercise with you. Don’t forget to drink lots of water and give your body the calories and nutrients it needs. You could also check out any sort of teams or lessons in your area (maybe the rec centre) like pilates, badminton, floor hockey, whatever you’re interested in. It is generally easier to exercise when you’re doing something you like and/or are exercising with other people. Good Luck!! :)

try walking for 30 minutes a day. you dont have to start off doing harsh exercise. take it a step at a time. one week walk for 30 minutes next week try 35 minutes. the week after that you can try drink water while you try brisk walking… its a process. just eat fresh fruits and veggies and stay away from fried foods, salts and sugary drinks and snack and you’ll be fine =)
