It really hurts and I am getting headaches.
I'd recommend some yoga stretches, as those are *great*...I learned a few that were new to me from a beginner video that we downloaded from exercise TV.
If you watch this video, you might get some good ideas on how to stretch and loosen yourself up a bit - though the headaches could be from stress, if something is bothering you, etc though stretching can help with that too (eg, can help with stress).
Sit on the floor
Sit up straightt, your legs crossed.
With your palms facing away from you, lace your fingers together.
Reach both arms upward and stretch tall and long.
To increase the stretch, bend slightly to the right and then to the left.
Hold position for a while.
Relax and repeat

You can stretch all you want bt I'll advise u go for a massage. It'll help better.
