Why do you think that God lets children be born with deformities, and even bring some babies into the world, but then they die again?

Why do you think this is?

Answer #1

Every life is valuable. And humans were not made to be perfect. If we were, we would be God. Every life has a purpose, so if they are on this earth, they are meant to do something. teach somebody something, mean something to someone. who knows? Maybe one child will be a part of a medical break through. whatever the reason is, we must hope.

Answer #2

Wow. Deep. :) But, makes sense.

Answer #3

god made us all a certain way for a reason we cant really ask why because we wont ever know

Answer #4

Man as a rule tends to stay put in comfort zones. It’s when we are faced with challenges move forward, learn and grow. We are not God to know for certain but as blakbeltv3 pointed out “ Every life we do sense has purpose, and although it may not in the immediate or surface make sense…. over time it is revealed to those it was intended to be revealed to.

Answer #5

I think children are just born like that because of things that don’t go right when it’s growing inside the womb. A doctor or professional will have the right answer for you, and it won’t have anything to do with this “God”.

Answer #6

U stay within your comfort zones your whole life you never grow.

Answer #7

According to Jewish tradition, a soul that lives out its life span in this world sometimes has to return to complete some unfinished business before it can find its place in the next world.

Depending on what that task is, the soul may require another full lifetime, or an opportunity to fulfill a single overlooked mitzvah (commandment), or it may only need to connect, even for just a moment, with a particular other person (such as the birth mother), or to suffer a quick death as a form of atonement for something in its past.

To quote from the Catholic theologian Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

Answer #8

God is perfect and i dont question his ways anymore. I dont need to find out every truth behind his ways. I trust him. He knows all and i am not meant to know

Answer #9

I don’t think God let anything happen. God is a projection of mankind’s hopes and fears rather than a literal being. When you realize that God only exists in the minds of men the world makes a lot more sense.

Answer #10

There is no god.People want to blame someone so when they don’t find someone else to blame, they end up blaming god. It’s nature who creates us and our present situations come to us cos we do something which leads to it.For people who take birth with deformities or die after taking birth, there occurs a biological disorder.

Answer #11

Death was not the plan. It was never the plan. Death is part of reality because of a disposition in all people, including the unborn, to be their own god. I have a disposition to make my own decisions, to rule over myself, to do what I want. This disposition is rebellious against the God that created us. Because of my disposition, the world’s disposition, God lets us be our own God. It sucks. God can prevent death; we can’t. God would heal all our problems that just come up naturally; we can’t.

Answer #12

Babies are not born with deformiries because “God” made them that way. Babies are born with deformities because something went wrong during the pregnany, or the mommy was on dr*gs. :)

Answer #13

or just more questions….

Answer #14

Why does God do what he does? Well, that’s kind of impossible to answer cause we aren’t him. We don’t see the big picture like he does. The thing is….. christianity. God never calls us to understand him…. most of the time we are called to do things outside our understanding…. he just asks us to trust that he is who he said he is.

Answer #15

In order to answer this I would have to try to oinvince myself that a deformed child or a baby that only lived a short time has less meaning than one that lives a long time with perfect health. My sister Laura only lived four days, but I carry her with me in my heart wherever I go. The problem with humans is we are unable to see beyond what we believe to be right or wrong, just or unjust. We have been manipulated and matrixed since birth to believe certain things. Try to think beyond the establishments of this advanced society, and see the reality that is Gods creation. It is a beautiful reality. One that we choose to miss by only looking for differences based on outside appearance, instead of focussing on our simialarities. I believe, as has been said, that we are spiritual beings, with a human shell. Even Einstein said that the great illusion is that there is more than one of us here. Some where there is a connection, and we are all brothers and sisters of the same loving father, and he is “especially fond of us all.”

Answer #16

Remember that not all the people on earth belongs to the same God….Many of the things which people think God “Lets” happen are actually consequences of their own decisions.

Some have disabilities so when they are healed, that He can be praised.

Is it better to have had a child for only a while than to have had none at all?

Answer #17

Nobody is perfect, right? We are all here for training, maturing etc… The more imperfect individual can gain more.
