It depends on your weight and height right now, and how much exercise you do. Also if you're trying to lose weight obviously you'll have to adjust your calorie intake to suit your weight loss regime. Remember losing weight isn't all about calorie intake. It's simply about what you eat, how much of it you eat, and doing the right exercise.
your 16.. Don't stress about calories dude.. eat what you want.. Worry about enjoying life spending time with friends and live your life.. When your adult....Then worrrrrry about it lol..
