Why does my body feel so tired during the day around 3p.m?

Answer #1

it’s the middle of the day, the sun is halfway down and it’s probably the warmest part of the day. it makes you feel comfortable…i honestly HATE this part of the day.

Answer #2

We call it ‘three-thirty-itis’. Lol. It’s just the time of day when your body is the least energized. It happens to most people, just some worse than others. You could try keeping a little bag of snacks like nuts+raisins, a banana, or a healthy muesli bar in your desk at work for when three-thirty-itis strikes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and if you are by any chance trying to loose weight- don’t skip meals, it only leads to worsened three-thirty-itis that can develop into migranes or dangerous dizzy spells. Make sure to eat healthy and at every ‘meal’.

Answer #3

yh .you feel like you are molten due to stress

Answer #4

perfectly normal, your energy dwindles same with me. You should eat an apple, I heard an applehas the potential to wake you up just as much as a cup of coffee does

Answer #5

also if you can, do some stretches and maybe a small walk

Answer #6

Just because it has been 8 hours of the day depending what time you wake up. Your energy goes out by then just because you have used it all day, your brain is tired, and just simply ready for a rest. Its nothing bad, it’s normal, just try to get a good sleep at night anf make sure that food and snacks you eat are healthy and contain protein. You can also try to drink an energy drink, coffe, pop, something that will just help you wake up. Going for a walk if your always sitting down just to stretch and stuff.

Answer #7

Thanks, I better stop skipping meals.

Answer #8

Thanks, I will do that. I workout, but not everyday. Apples can wake me up, what about apple juice?

Answer #9

it depends on the juice, some apple juices havea ton of extra sugar added to them and you ill crash again later
