6 small meals a day? NO

So I weigh, 149. I'm 14 and I'm around 5'5 -5'6. I really want to lose weight. I'm tired of my flabby stomach. I hate it so much. I seem to always lose weight in the summer because my appetite goes way down. I find myself not eating very much. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner. And usually It's not very big. But it satisfies me. What I HATE is how people say eat 6 small meals a day. Why? 1)Eating 6 small meals a day makes my appetite bigger, and then I end up eating in between those 6 small meals. 2)A 14 year old who is in school, can NOT eat 6 times a day. You can only eat once from 8-3!

I'm not going to eat 6 times a day. I like the fact that I don't eat much during the day anymore. But when I do eat I feel like my stomach gets way bigger. And then my scale says I gain like 2LBS! That's not f*cking possible!Someone give me an answer please. I don't know what's wrong with me. My body Isn't going into survival mode because I still eat 3 times a day!
