Anybody know any home remodies for itchy legs?

My legs are sooo itchy, I scratch them so bad they bleed, I have been to the doctors but none of the creams seem to work, I suffer from eczma, and use all unscented products, so that definatley isnt the problem, im really imbarassed by them now, and wont get my legs out in public, someone pleaase help me :’(

Ok, this may sound weird- but hear me out…

My mom’s boss had eczema on his legs for about the last 15 years. He has tried every trick in the book to no avail… He was recently diagnosed as gluten sensitive, and has eliminated all of the wheat/gluten products from his diet. Within two weeks his legs were 90% cleared up. He has some minor scarring from severe scratching- but that’s damage HE did, it’s not from eczema.

It’s weird, but if you’re disciplined, maybe you would be willing to try that? If nothing else you’ve tried has worked, maybe that will.

In the mean time- I’ve heard oatmeal baths soothe the itching, and then if you exfoliate and moisturize with your prescribed creams, that may help too.
