If I did 300 crunches every night how soon would I see results?
Yeah, that's definitely absolute bull... I do up to 600 crunches a night and it is certainly not bad for you, I don't what kind've other worldly crunches you're thinking of that you believe you can't do more than 30 of a night.,
try flutterkicks as well. Crunches mostly aim toward your upper abs while flutterkicks work you lower abs as well check out how to do them correctly at you tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEKolWg06m4

Youd see results sonn but youd probably be in the hospital...your not supposed to do more than 30 a day...but if you do a nice workout youl see great results!
Why aren't you suppose to do more than 30 a day? I have never heard that.
