Is it bad to stop eating cold trucky?

is it bad to just stop eating?

and if I were to stop and only drink one thing what would it be???

it is bad bc your body can't get the nutrition it requires...you eat for a reason ya know...if you're thinking of stopping bc you think it's a good diet plan or something..I suggest you eat healthy things..eat 3 small portions a day..maybe a granola bar and an orange for breakfast...a sandwich for lunch..and then something like chicken and rice for dinner...you can't just not eat and drink one thing..your body will freak out on you..it's super dangerous...

Of course it is bad to stop eating. There is a reason why we EAT food. Our body needs it to function. Your body will go into survival mode because it is not being the proper nutrition.. and then any little thing it can get, it will store it as fat, because it wont know when the next time it will see nutrition. Your body needs 6 small meals a day to keep its metabolism running as a faster pace.

Not only that, but there are ways of dieting healthy. If you are trying to loose weight then see your doctor, who will help find a diet for you that will benefit you and your health.

Going cold turkey will only hurt you, and your body!
