Eating at night

ok I have a REALLY BAD problem I eat after dinner and I cant not do it.
I think its like an ocd thing
I need some help on how to stop eating after dinner/night
what should I do??

instead, eat ice.
it takes a long time to crunch it, and tastes good :]]

I was actually wondering the same thing...I always eat like right before I go to bed..and I know its bad..but I just do!...
and sirtabestworth..its bad because it all sits in your stomoch...and you don't burn it off..which if you have a low metabalism..is really bad..
