do you mean broc as in brocily if you do then yes and if you mean something called broc then I dunno

Yes, although don't overcook it. Boil for 4 or 5 mins, then drain it, break some garlic cloves over the top, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Delicious whether hot or cold!

Yes you can but the flower part may taste a bit strange I usually eat the stems cold they taste really good and are reallly goood for you.
