...and a lot depends on how you prepare the shrimp. If you deep-fat fry it in batter, you're adding lots of the 'bad' cholesterol. Steamed or in salads with low-fat dressings is much better. (I LOVE shrimp)

Eating shrimp bad?
I hear it can cause Cholesterol. But is that only for older people or/and younger??
I found myself eating it just about every other day and my dad loves it too.
Is that Bad?? I'm only 20 and I DO take off the tail along with its bowel. gross....
