Why don't I want to trust anyone?

is it because im afraid im gonna get hurt again? i’ve been hurt too many times to count and i think that is why im afraid to fall in love,trust anyone or care about anyone very much even though i really want to. what do you think?

your heart can help you better than anythingn else. you get a gut feeling about certains people and situations but i believe that you will find someone you trust and that will return the same feelings. just don’t give up… there’s this song called i hope you dance…try listening to it
