Who thinks this is a good idea?

Well if someone was to drink 10 glasses of water throughout the day and eat upto 1500 cals they would lose weight as the water would flush out all the 'fat'.. ? I was having random thoughts and came up with this and just thought I'd ask what you people thought because water has no calories or fat and bloats you up so when you go the toilet wouldn't some of the 'fat' break down with it and some fat become easier to burn and dissolve or something?? just a thought..
