  I haven't, but I bet it works since you burn more calories digesting it than the cabbage has. I think it's called negative calories or something. Plus cabbage doesn't taste bad at all!

  Omg its soo good I love the soup and you will lose around 10 pounds in 2 weeks!! Thats what I plan on doing after I have my baby lol..
