Making cabbage soup
Okay so I need to know how to make the cabage soup, can you please tell me how.. Thank you. :)
Wash the cabbage - red cabbage is best - boil in water until it all goes soft and add pepper and herbs. If you like the soup to be a little thicker then you can add some potato. When you have finished all this you can also put it through a food blender if you like a smoothie. This is a dish that originated in Russia but it has become more popular around the world as it is cheap and easy to make. Enjoy cooking !
Ok first of all yo need to fry a lot of onions and cabbage (not too much) top up with veg stock or water boil for about 2 hours , also have some potatoes mashed to thicken soup when its boiled . Add potatoes till its as thiick as you want (do this while blendinging all you ingredients ) dont forget salt and pepper and enjoy.
