Usually Christmas dinner we make restaurant reservations but this year it's only my parents and I so we are just having something at home. We are having both ham and turkey because I don't like turkey and that's what they wanted, so we're having both. Plus we'll have all the good stuff; veggies, potatoes, gravy... mm mm mm!
What are you having?
Seafood, yummy seafood, smoked salmon & marinate it with lemon, capers, onion rings & olive oil,
prawns or I think you call it shrimp with seafood sauce, or just lemon,
we ususally have cold sliced ham off the bone also,
we either have bbq... lamb cutlets, loin chops etc or lamb on the spit & its just delicious & you let the marinate soak for ages & its OM the best thing to eat, salads, yummy rice, cheese & spinach pastries, watermelon, cherries, mangoes & I think thats about it & I feel full all over again lol & I just want to wish you Precious Steph you & your Loved one a safe & happy & blessed Christmas,

I cooked my customary "yule" turkey with sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce (whole berry), my traditional pineapple cheesecake, and a KILLER turkey dressing that is so delicious that I patted my self on the back.
nothing spectacular, just things I usually associate with this time of year
We had:
Turkey Rice Dressing Mac and Cheese Sweet Potatoe Casserol Potato Salad Rolls Ham Fruit Salad Fruit and Veggie Platter Cheese Platter Cupcakes German Chocolate Cake Carrot Cake Peanut Butter Fudge
Turkey (My first time roasting/eating turkey), New potatoes, Peas and corn, roasted carrot and swede, and a nice big bowl of bbq prawns. Quite different to last years Christmas lunch- McDonalds!
