What is the possibility of loosing 15kg ?

Hi I am 163cm thats 5’3” and I weight 60kg. which is 9.4 stones I know I am fat and my doctor says that I dont have to but if I want to it is totally fine to loose 15 kg. which is 2.4 stones. Do you think it is possible to do so if eat healthy breakfast with tea (no sugar) then have my tea at about 5pm ( I dont eat lunch at school) doctor says thats fine and then eat loads of fruit and do lots of exercise jump on trampoline do sit ups and run if I do all that do you think I will loose that ammount of weight in 2 months ?…x Please Help :D?..x.x.x

Oh and I dont eat any sweets aswell and my tea isnt very fatty everything is cooked not fried :D?…xx

no for your height you are alreday a good weight if not, possibly even underweight because you are tall you are NOT supposed to weight that low being 45kgs at 163csm tall is DANGEROUSLY unhealthy your also going through puberty, your body needs to GAIN weight if you become so anorexic looking and unhealthily skinny, your body cant develop properly your poor veiw of body image suggest you really need to educate yourself more on what is normal and what is not you also may end up with an eating disorder if you dont realise you are perfectly healthy

I would actually suggest you start eating lunch and get a healthy metabolism going. Eating many small meals a day is better for you then eating few large ones. Cutting out sugar will definitely help you loose some weight, as will exercise, I like your ambition. Start out small and work your way up. Eating fruit and veggies is a good idea, but make sure you’re incorporating the other food groups into your day. Also remember portion control for your meals.
