What happens when potassium chloride reacts with potassium iodide?

Ok I need this for science class, please help! :) What happens when potassium chloride reacts with:

  1. Potassium iodide
  2. Iron nitrate
                         ???
    Thanks!!
Answer #1

Well for the second one, you form KNO3 (Potassium Nitrate) and FeCl3 (Ferric Chloride).

The first is more difficult. The compounds are both ionic, so it would probably be a double partner swap..but I can’t figure out the products. hope this helps a little!
