Wants to press charges
So im dating this guy who is fifteen and we have had sex. He got in trouble a couple days ago for not coming home for three days and forgot to call his dad cause his dad didn’t know where he was. His mom wants to press charges on me for sagitory rape. She has no proof and we are 45 months apart when you have to be 48 months or more. Im still worried. Can she still do anything? What do you think I should do.
Unless she has proof you committed that sort of crime,she can’t press charges. I maybe wrong,but she will need proof of this.
