If so how?
This is one of those things that varies from one women to another, and it's a myth that it makes labour progress quicker. I walked ... a lot ... during pregnancy, and my labours were 28 hours, 72 hours, and 8 hours, respectively. However, walking a lot keeps you strong and fit so that you are more physically able to handle the stress of labour and childbirth.
My mother walked four miles a day when she was pregnant with me. The doctor told her that was the only thing that allowed her to deliver me at nine pounds six ounces without a c-section! Im not sure if it really does do anything medically but she had difficulties with my sister and she didn't walk while pregnant.
Yes it helps. It makes your delivery muscle loose. But exercise which is especially for labor may help you greatly.
yes. and theres alot of other things such as sex, choclate, hot milk. walking jogging swimming..
I would def be doing AB workouts!!!!! That baby will be out of their in no time!!!!
