What is it?and can it go away without medical attention?what could cause it?

You don’t want your urinary tract to “go away”, so I’m assuming you mean urinary tract infection.

You can flush it out by drinking lots of fluids - some people swear by cranberry juice, others say it doesn’t work…I’m one of the those who do swear by it.

However, this only works if you start early on before the infection gets too bad…once the infection gets serious enough, you’re going to need antibiotics.
