What are some things you can make with taco meat, besides tacos?

I’m assuming you mean ground meat that already has taco flavoring in it. Here’s some ideas:

Burritos. Quesadilla. Nachos. Taco Salad. Chips and Dip ( just mix it with melted velvetta cheese). Macaroni and Cheese (it would be like a homemade hamburger helper). Enchiladas. Taquitos. Mexican Pizza. Taco Casseroll. Tater Tot Casseroll. Add some veggies and make a stir fry.

there is no certain meat for tacos , u can even use pork but beef is usually used . like hamburgers,Enchiladas, and my mom used to make a good dip called Sopes but she added a few thinks like diffrent beans and meat. hope this helped(:
