can you sue someone for putting a picture on myspace that you told them NO a thousand times and are still doing it?
If you don't have any pictures of you online, and that's the ONLY one, AND you can document that you requested the person NOT post it online...then yes, you can bring civil charges, as everybody who's not a celebrity has a right to privacy, etc.
However...if the above isn't the case, you're out of luck, sorry.
She took the picture - it's her picture, therefore her property.
However, if you dont want your face shown, she can be forced to at least blur it out.
If it's your picture, then yes.
At the very least, they will be forced to take it down.
I am not sure, anytime you post pic's you take the chance of someone cut and copying them.
