What would be a good time to wear padded bras?

I am 13 and I’ve worn padded bras since I was 12. I haven’t seen much development. What should I do?

Well, your body is just taking it slow! If you are comfortable in them, continue to wear padded bras– theres nothing wrong with them. Your chest will grow sooner or later.

hey, dont worry about it, you’ll boobs should grow in time! but if you want some help I’ve heard you can do arm excersises to make them bigger, I hope this helps!:)
