yea like inside your upper lash line. I’ve seen some beauty gurus do it on their bottom lashes and I was wondering, is that actually safe?

I tried using pencil but when I do it smudges to my lower lash line and it makes me look trampy. I dont put any eye liner on my lower lash line or water line because I have asian eyes and it makes my eye look smaller (which I dont want) any suggestions or tips?

yes, tightlining is really safe with a gel liner. i would recomend to go to this website http://funadvice.com/r/151hhrkaova and in the search bar on that website put in tightlining and it will show you good gel liners to use and how to apply. hope i helped
