When you run don’t keep your arms by your side, move them in motion back and fourth in time with your feet. And push your legs as far forward as they will go when your running so your taking wider paces and getting to the end faster. It best to wear shorts and a top thats not too baggy so theres not so much air resistance that would slow you down. hope this helps : )
yeah um sounds stupid but kick your knees up and get your feet to kick your butt and then do that like every day, and your legs will go faster.
