Please help me! Weight control
I am 5’1 and a half and I am about 102 or 103 pounds. However a am addicted to sugar and junk food. I am afraid of gaining weight and looking and feeling fat. Does anyone have any advice on how to break my bad eating habits and how to lose weight so I am about 100 pounds. Helpful advice only please. Thank you.
convert to low calories and have things like splenda insted of sugar its got a sweet taste like sugar (almost the same) and has less calories so you shouldnt get fat or nothing :)

slow down on the sugars and eat a few veggies every now and then
not drinking pop will help also
