How do people get from dumb to smart (intelligent)?

by studying, paying attention, and asking questions.,

They open up their minds to the world around them. Study things they see, open their eyes to the things beyond the exterior of life, and have a strong will to learn and grow.

they educate themselves, if it’s by school, social interaction, even channels on tv are educational like the science channel, history, etc. If a person tries, then they can succeed.

By listening & learning & learning & listening more, Studying. & all the above….

Its called school. They teach and you listen and learn.

By paying attencion in class, traying hard and not giving up. They ask questions when they don’t get something, and search it up if they have to, to become stronger in the area they are having trouble in. They are not afraid to spend extra time studing, getting stuff in their head. They set goals, and accomplish them.

Impossible. Dumb, in it’s official (proper) definition is the inability to speak. A dumb person can be intelligent without the ability to speak, but a dumb person who is also stupid or a person who can speak but is stupid will likely never become intelligent, regardless of how book smart they become. Intelligence comes with wisdom and knowledge, not just remembering things from a book.

Honestly a large percent of intelligence is genetic. You cannot become intelligent. You either are or you’re not. You’re definitely not going to move from a low IQ to a high one. You could study and read. That would help you gain knowledge.
