like if somone was suffering and struggling, if they were in antagonising pain is it normal to be suicidal, or dedtructive.
Well, yes and no. If someone is suffering a great deal of emotional and/or physical pain it would be very difficult to focus on anything else. Our happiness comes from pleasure, that could be food, sex, humour, favourite friends or relatives, tv etc. If you can not enjoy these things because you are in too much pain then you are unable to experience pleasure. Pleasure, along with the hormones our brain releases when we experience it is also vital in things like motivation, sleep and overall health. It's very easy to see how this can quickly spiral into misery and make one feel hopeless and want to give up. Either way, a doctor and supporting friend or relative should be able to help this person to feel better.
Normal? No. Plausible? Yes. Some people have reached such states of pain that they wish for death, and sometimes, people do it. However, most types of pain have methods of treatment so the pain is manageable ... better to try that approach before doing something as serious as taking your own life, but I know how it feels, I've been there.
Well nothing is normal about suicidal thoughts. They would need help. It might be expected because i would definatly be unsure about their stability. Not everyone would be suicidal if they are struggling in their lives.
sometimes because for some people, they feel death is the only way to be happy and free. and for some other people, they aren't willing to sacrifice their lives because of pain.
yes if they want to end the suffering, but suffering makes a person stronger.
