How can you lose weight with out no help from parents
Well I am 13 and I don't need help from my parents to lose weight! I just work out maybe twice every other day, watch what I eat, eat low calorie foods and drink diet drinks, and before I knew it I lost about 10 pounds in one week! I didn't get my daily vegetables but I was eating healthy and it worked! So just watch what you eat and exercise and before you know it you will be thin!
ummm, why on earth would your parents be involved. it is up to you to exercise, and you dont need 'diet food'. this is not really a hard question...dont be stupid
if your parents buy the groceries, then no. you'll need diet food. you'll have to exersice.
