Should I jog before or after weight training?

hi..i go to the weightroom once a week to try and build muscle. im wonderign shold i jog a mile before my workout or after my workout? was hoping mabye that would help lose soem weight.

Hi,

Some people do cardio before weight training, some do it after. It’s personal preference and which way feels better for you! The order in which you work out doesn’t affect the results.
