in India, do homeless people carry ID with them?
(1) in india, do homeless people carry ID with them?
(2) can you go outside, and ask some homeless people… do they have ID..?
(3) can you ask women specifically..?
I suppose if they have ID, they keep it with them, but to come right out and ask them if they have it crosses some lines … nobody has to answer to you.
I doubt homeless people have ID, they barely have clothes. India has no control in its slums
the poor people in india are given what is called a ration card which allows them to buy food for a lower price. Not every homeless person has it, but many do. this also works as their ID as it has their photograph and few other details on it.
