im 15 and am 5'8 and weigh 145 1) am I at a bad weight and 2) how much exercising should I do and any dieting tips
I caculated your BMI and right now your under normal weight...so you have nothing to worry about but if you do want to loose weight you can replace most of your meat cals with milk/dairy/fruit...then exercise (cardio) an hour a day if you have the time! Thats what I have been doing and it works for me...just if you eat a lot of meat kinda cut back and cut back on pasta's and stuff like that !
because of your height ..(I wish I was that tall!xb) your at a good weight
