you hear up a LOT of oil in a pan or pot on the highest flame. Dip the chicken pieces in egg york, then the batter or crumbs of your choice. throw it in the oil and watch it fiiizzz...when you take it out lay it on a few papertowels to soak up all that artery-clogging oil, let cool. and eat with whateer dressing you want
