How should I get rid of too much stress ?
Breathing exercises are very useful, and lying down and stretching helps. I sing, so getting rid of stress is essential. I would lie on the floor, and breathe deeply and not think of all the stuff that's stressing you. You'll probably notice once you lie down that your back feels like a slight ache and that's tension so lying down and tensing your muscles from feet upwards for about 5 seconds can release that. And when breathing deeply, your stomach should come out when you breathe in and go back in when you breathe out x
Don't listen to the radio. I know it sounds crazy but if you listen to songs that don't have words or really heavy beats (aka symphonic or orchestral music), you think more clearly and feel a lot less anxiety. Try it for a week. You don't have to go out of your way to do it like most stress relief solutions, (Which relieves stress :) ), and you think more clearly! :) Good luck!
