What he has to do to get rid of phlengm?

My son age 38yr having lettle bit cough with running nose(not much) but having too much phlengm. Pl. advice some home remedy for this. Thanks

Get some ACC 200 or Solmucol. It thins the phlegm out. Alternatively go ask your pharmacist what they recommend.
