my girlfriend says I should meditate to get rid of my trauma but I dont know how any tips
find a place that makes you feel relaxed and where there is nothing around that can destract you. make sure its all quiet and turn off all electrical devises. meditaion is a way to help you think, relax, and possibly find solutions to your problems. position yourself in anyway that makes you feel comfortable (sitting, laying down) and breath deeply but slowly. breath in positve energy and let out negative energy. concentrate on what makes you fustrated and let it all float away. hope this helps :)
ok go sum where that calms you down the most. 4 me its my roof I don't know sumtin bout da stars that relaxes me. but go 2 that place and sit der close your eyes clear all your thoughts negative and positive and just relax take deep breaths and when uv cleard your head just tink of sumtin that makes you real happy and focus on it keep that picture in your head and don't lose it
