How do you look at what you did on your computer in the pass?

I am trying to go in the pass of what every one did on my computer and I dont know how to it is vista computer my computer is going slow and I just want to know what every ones been doing please help me thanks

operating systems mean nothing when it comes to checking past internet hisory but browsers do ;)

as moe said: and that works with internet explorer and firefox :)

While you’re in the internet, press CTRL+H, and your history will pop up on the left side.

if you are refering to checking the history on your computer…on the explorer toolbar go to tools, then internet options, browsing history settings, then it will show you the files.
