How do I lose weight just from my stomach and no where else?

I just wanna loose weight just from my stomach. And no loose my butt or boobs. Just my stomache

If someone figured that out, they’d be a millionaire…the breast region is the first place women tend to lose weight because, uncommon to most all of the human female structure, it contains no muscle.

If you’re trying to lose WEIGHT from your stomach, odds are good that you’re carrying a little bit else just a tad in other places…the hips and thighs are most common on us girls. I lost nearly 40 pounds taking an hourly brisk walk every day after work; it took about 2.5 months (which is VERY reasonable…btw, PLEASE don’t expect immediate results; weight dropping too fast may be ideal, but is nowhere close to healthy and can cause permanent damage to your body!) but it really tones you up because you use a lot of your torso and ab muscles in a cardio workout like walking. Pairing this up with regular exercise 3-4x a week (I LOVE the eliptical machine and the hanging leg raise; KILLER for the ab area!) and you will definitely see weight loss as well as tone.

Also, watch your saturated fat and carbohydrate intake. Good complex carbs like multi-grains are excellent and should be eaten in small amounts and often; simple carbs such as bleached flour products and sugars should be eaten minimally. Remember that fat IS essential to good health and proper internal function, but in moderation! Sometimes, too, calories will be a good disguise to fat content…for example, 1oz. (or, 1/8 cup) of sour cream has only 60 calories, but almost 25% of the recommended sat fat serving amount for an individual’s ENTIRE DAY!

Basically, you’re gonna lose a little bit in your boobs; it’s just gonna happen. But revising your exercise and eating habits is the most surefire way to create a positive change in yourself, so good luck and BE SAFE in your practices! :)

Sit ups and crunches don’t really help you lose weight off your stomah, all that’s going to do is build muscle under the fat, so unless you’re already small you probably won’t notice. Not that building muscle is a bad thing of course.

also as a beauty therapist, full body massage can help tone up your muscle and helps tone the abdomin muscles also.

and if you have a wii fit , sum excersies in that helps tone up the tummy as well as swimming etc.
